Ted started Cleanslate Consulting after years of working closely with business owners and seeing how often capable leaders were overwhelmed not by lack of ability, but by complexity quietly outgrowing the structures around them.
With more than 15 years experience across finance, systems and advisory work, Ted has supported owners in Allied Health, Construction and service-based SMEs, where cashflow pressure and operational complexity frequently collide.
Known for his calm, understanding and empathetic approach, Ted helps owners step out of constant reaction mode and into clearer, more deliberate leadership. He takes the time to understand what is really happening inside a business, where pressure is building, where systems are no longer supporting growth and where decisions have become harder than they need to be.
From there, the focus turns to strengthening capability. Ted works with owners to deepen their understanding of the numbers, sharpen commercial judgment and implement practical financial systems that allow the business to grow with confidence rather than strain.
