Cleanslate Consulting was founded by Ted Chang, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience helping businesses gain clarity and control over their finances.
Ted has worked across a range of industries, with particular expertise in Allied Health and Construction, where cashflow pressures and complex systems often stand in the way of growth.
Specialising in financial analysis, cashflow forecasting and building practical financial systems, Ted works with you to transform complex data into simple, actionable insights.
Ted brings a steady, considered approach to working with owners, helping them navigate complexity and make better decisions as their businesses grow.
He works with a small number of clients at any one time, allowing for thoughtful, long-term advisory relationships rather than transactional engagements.
